D. Marie Hines is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She obtained both a  Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource  Management in 2008, and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in HR  Management in 2011 from Stayer University. She received a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023 from Capella University. Prior to starting her career path as a  Life Coach, she worked as a Human Resources Manager for over 15 years in various industries and as a Graduate Student Counselor Intern for 3 years and is currently studying for licensure in  Mental Health Counseling. D. Marie received her coaching certification at The Life Coach Training Institute in 2024. She specializes in working with adults in a high degree of wholeness who are feeling stuck or indecisive and are looking to maximize their potential, redefine their  future and transform their lives. D. Marie promotes the opportunity to aid individuals ready to  transition, as it is the internal psychological process of adapting to change. She works with  individuals that are goal oriented who are willing to start with a goal and end with an action. D.  Marie acts as a change agent in the relationship with her clients, where she utilizes a SMART  goal approach to inspire a true transformation experience, collaborating and formulating a  relationship with her clients that inspires the results they desire. She helps clients identify precise  problems, using the GROW Model, where clients are able to create a Goal, identify current  Reality, recognize Options or Obstacles so that they can establish a Way or Will move forward.
