Ashley McNatt
Graduate Student Intern
Ashley is in her last year of finishing up her Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy at Touro University Worldwide. Ashley received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. She has experience working holistically as a mental health nurse with adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, and family issues. Alongside, she has experience working as an integrative nurse coach (NC-BC) providing wellness and mental health coaching for the employees of a retirement community. Ashley’s intention is to meet each client where they are at, and bring a compassionate, empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore the depths of themselves & their relationships, through presence and inquiry. As an intern, Ashley is still finding her niche, but some of the approaches that she brings in are somatic therapy, Gottman couples therapy, internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy, and narrative therapy. She is passionate about supporting people who identify as a minority, belong in multicultural homes, pre/postpartum people, people who experience acculturation issues, life transitions, grief, and trauma. Ashley is also a registered yoga, meditation, and Reiki teacher & practitioner.
